Spring Has Sprung In NYC

Hands down, my favorite time of year in New York City is the Spring.

I spent this past week in NYC, & everytime I go, I fall more & more in love with the city.

This trip...did me in.

Blue Skies On A Rainy Day

Today was a grey & rainy day here in Miami, so I thought I'd share this cheery umbrella with everybody :) (Blue skies & white fluffy clouds included.)

Lady Gaga: Telephone

Tonight, the E! network will be debuting Lady Gaga's much anticipated "Telephone" music video.

At 9 minutes long, the video (or mini movie) is sure to deliver. And as Lady Gaga said herself  "this video will leave "Bad Romance" in the dust."

Check out the photos from "Telephone" feat. Beyonce.

My talented friend & makeup artist, Billy B, has been Ms. Gaga's personal makeup artist since 2009 & WOW has he created some unforgettable looks.  He started his makeup career 20 years ago with Mariah Carey & has done everyones makeup from Sharon Stone, Sarah Jessica Parker, Tyra Banks, Katie Couric, Sandra Bullock and the list goes on.

He's been on tour with her for her Monster Ball World Tour & yes, he was the man behind the 4 different makeup applications at the 2010 Grammys.

Don't forget to catch the world premier of Lady Gaga's "Telephone" feat. Beyonce tonight @ 11:30 est on the E! Network (check your local listings for time/channel).

Alexander McQueen: The Final Collection

There is no denying Alexander McQueen was a creative genius. Last week, in a Paris salon, editors were invited to view the 16 pieces he was working on before his death. This showing was no different than the rest. Just as cutting edge, and fashion forward as he’d always been. His design team finished his looks and presented this:

Ever a fan of McQueens vision, my heart skipped a beat when I laid my eyes on his collection of luggage for Samsonite. And while contemplating a purchase, I quickly realized I had more things on my function list, than I did my fashion. (But it doesn't hurt to look does it?...I didn't think so.)

Since I can always appreciate a little (or a lot) of glimmer, I had to include a few of  his shoes.

Now who wants to give these a try?...Anyone?
